Amanda Filipe is a Director at the National Angel Capital Organization (NACO), Canada’s professional association for angel investors and the only national platform for both angel collectives and the innovation hubs that support Canada’s entrepreneurs. She joined the NACO team after spending several years leading the partnership strategy at Toronto scaleup hub, OneEleven where she supported a portfolio of 50+ high-growth technology companies through partnerships with both the public and private sector.

Prior to OneEleven, Amanda held programming and partnership roles at Futurpreneur Canada, a national organization focused on facilitating youth entrepreneurship and was the Canadian lead for the Global Entrepreneurship Network from 2012 to 2017, collaborating with entrepreneurship organizations across the country and around the world and representing Canada on the global stage. Amanda has a Bachelor of Arts, Honours from the University of Toronto.
