Kristjan the Managing Director of Endeavor Canada, where he drives the organization’s mission to identify, support, and accelerate high-impact entrepreneurs. Endeavor Canada plays a vital role in the growth of late-stage ventures that are transforming Canadian industries and fueling economic progress. With a global network of over 40 regional offices, 2,600 entrepreneurs, and the $500M AUM Endeavor Catalyst growth-stage venture fund, Endeavor equips entrepreneurs with the resources they need to scale their businesses and create lasting impact.

Before joining Endeavor, Kristjan was instrumental in the growth of the Creative Destruction Lab (CDL), a leading global seed-stage program for science and technology startups. During his tenure, CDL expanded from a single office in Toronto to 12 locations across six countries, supporting over 650 startups annually. Kristjan held several leadership roles during CDL’s first decade, including Director of Programs, Founding Site Director for Seattle and Wisconsin, Director of Community, and Global Recruitment Lead, significantly contributing to CDL’s global success.

Kristjan earned a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from the Rotman School of Management, where he developed a novel methodology to measure the impact of innovation prizes, such as those hosted by XPRIZE and DARPA. He also holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of British Columbia and an M.A. in Higher Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto.
