Justine Spero

Justine brings a wealth of experience in budget planning, financial forecasting, and reporting from her diverse roles in private and nonprofit sectors. Her most recent position involved overseeing budget tracking, financial variance, and trend analysis for a portfolio of Global IT initiatives at RB Global. She has supported the development and allocation of 1, 4, and 10-year organization-wide budgets, and played a key role in coordinating metric reporting against strategic plans and annual reports.

Beyond her financial expertise, Justine excels in project coordination and has a proven track record of effectively managing time, priorities, and stakeholder communications. She is passionate about process improvement and enjoys leveraging her skills and experience to enhance efficiency in all areas.

Justine graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and is excited to support the team and entrepreneurs here at UTE.
