Elina Chow-Clark is a retired mining executive with over 18 years of extensive experience the industry, both within private and publicly traded companies. Renowned for her expertise in stakeholder relations, corporate strategy, and marketing, Elina made significant contributions during her tenure in the sector. She founded and successfully operated a stakeholder relations and marketing agency for over a decade, where she played a crucial role in guiding client companies through their development and realization strategies. 

Elina is deeply committed to fostering future generations of entrepreneurs. She is a committed mentor and community advocate. As the Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus (UTSC), she dedicates her time to mentoring students and serving as a guest lecturer in the management faculty. For the past two years, she has sponsored various initiatives at two innovative incubators at UTSC — The Bridge and The Hub — to support young entrepreneurs in developing the practical skills and knowledge needed to bring their ideas to fruition. 

With a passion in building connections and nurturing new ventures, Elina is also an angel investor, and often takes on active advisory roles in the companies she invests in.
