This virtual symposium will have an introductory section that all attendees will be invited to view. This will provide overview of the history of insulin discovery. Attendees will then be encouraged to select from one of three shorter streams that explore different thematic aspects of insulin discovery and its legacy: Session 1 – Patient Perspectives Session 2 – Public Health Challenges Related to Insulin Session 3 – Commercialization and future scientific research into insulin and diabetes prevention
