She is also the founder of FKB Media Solutions, a company that helps businesses, startups, professionals, and others develop powerful and successful media strategies.
Rhonda Britton is Director, Talent Acquisition MLSE and has been described as the lead conduit of talent and the PR face that drives operational success while leveraging diverse talent, Rhonda has over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources. She is a People and Culture Leader with a strategic and innovative partnership approach to relationship engagement. Rhonda has experience in various areas in Human Resources with notable contributions in various industries such as Financial Services, Telecommunications, Government, Sports and Entertainment. She is passionate about creating innovative recruiting strategies that incorporates segmented approaches to attracting and hiring underrepresented segments in our community.
A graduate of York University with a BA in Sociology, Rhonda has focused her career pursuits on the Talent Management life cycle. Throughout her career she has made efforts to create community linkages and welcomes opportunities to demonstrate her commitment to supporting and shaping women and equity deserving youth.
