This event is for Canadian companies interested in expanding their technology to the UK. It is co-hosted by Mitacs and the Canadian High Commission to the UK, who both offer support to Canadian companies looking to expand abroad. Companies with technologies in the following categories: software as a service; mobile broadband network technologies (5G); e-commerce; cloud computing applications and technologies; Internet of Things (IoT); Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data will have the opportunity to learn about the Canadian Technology Accelerator (CTA) upcoming call for applications. Mitacs will provide information about complementary travel funding opportunities for companies in eligible incubators and support for research, development, and talent expansion.

Upon acceptance to the Enterprise Software CTA in the U.K., your company will access:

Mitacs Entrepreneur International
Mitacs offers a complementary program, Mitacs Entrepreneur International, in which Canadian start-ups that are housed in an incubator or accelerator linked to an academic institution can receive a $5,000 travel grant to explore new business development opportunities in international markets.
