The second event in this series, How to Think About Financing a Spinout in Canada, takes place on Wednesday, May 15th, from 1:00 PM – 2:15 PM ET and features:

1. A fireside chat with CDL Mentor Patrick Lor of Panache Ventures to discuss how to think about engaging investors for that first round of capital.
2. A panel discussion with two CDL Graduates and Canadian academic spinout founders of >$100M companies, Michael Helander (OTI Lumionoics) and Shreya Shukla (Notch Therapeutics) focused on the founder perspective for raising the first money from investors.
