Black International Alumni Mix N Mingle – Let’s meet with former Black international students & learn from them!

The invited speakers will share their experience about finding work, student engagement, networking at UTSC, and many more topics. Students will be able to ask questions and actively engaged with the speakers. Below is a brief introduction of the moderator and four panelists for this event.

Moderator: Isaiah Murray is the current VP Equity of SCSU (Scarborough Campus Student Union) who always advocate, intercede and fight for students at UTSC. He also ensures all student voices are welcome and heard.

Panelists:

Ciquinya Morton newly graduated from the Management Co-op program, specializing in Accounting. She is currently working as a treasury analyst at Shopify.

Efosa Obano is the Program Manager of the Black Founders Network, and led a team that guided start-ups on their digital transformation journeys with Dell.

Osaru Ize-Iyamu graduated in fall 2019 in Computer Science, and he is currently a full Stack Software Developer at a tech startup in Toronto called OneLocal.

Zhorrah Grant is the Co-Owner of Canada’s largest Black Owned Nail Supply Store, Nail Addkits Depot and Canada’s ONLY Black Owned Nail School, Tips School for Nails.
