PuraVida Foods makes ethically sourced, nutrient-rich frozen foods that are sold in roughly 1,000 stores in the U.S. The company is founded by Lauren Watkins, who earned a master’s degree in human resources and industrial relations from U of T in 2021, and launched PuraVida in 2020.
