Bianci Mensah is the founder of Ginny, a non-alcoholic, adaptogen-powered beverage inspired by culture, wellness, and intentional joy. A Canadian-Ghanaian entrepreneur with experience in corporate strategy and beverage operations at Labatt Breweries of Canada, Bianci saw the need for more inclusive, mindful drink options. Drawing on her West African and South Asian heritage and developed with a naturopathic doctor, Ginny blends incredible flavour with holistic well-being.
