Women at BFN spotlights the leadership, innovation, and impact of Black women entrepreneurs and investors within our community. Through storytelling, knowledge-sharing, and curated conversations, we celebrate the women shaping the future of entrepreneurship. By amplifying their voices and sharing insights from female founders and investors, BFN creates space for Black women to be seen, supported, and empowered as they navigate their entrepreneurial journeys.
Our community empowers women to turn bold ideas into impactful businesses by providing direct pathways to funding, peer-to-peer learning opportunities, and year-round support systems. By spotlighting trailblazing women and building bridges to resources, we are hoping to shape a future where Black women are not only represented — they are leading the transformation of entrepreneurship.
Be Her Video Series
As part of our commitment to empowering Black women entrepreneurs, BFN is proud to present an educational video series in partnership with the National Angel Capital Organization (NACO Canada) and their women’s initiative. This series features candid conversations with Black women founders and investors from our community — sharing their journeys, insights, and practical knowledge on navigating entrepreneurship and accessing capital. By amplifying the voices of trailblazing women, the series aims to build capacity, foster peer-to-peer learning, and equip the next generation of Black women entrepreneurs with the tools to thrive.
