Regular restful sleep is critical for improved memory, mood and overall health. Yet over 45% of the adult population wakes up feeling tired on most mornings. Exposure to light before bed, particularly blue-rich light emitted by electronic devices, disrupts the body’s natural sleep mechanism and delays sleep onset which results in poor quality sleep. Our team produces eyewear infused with a specialized pigment that filters 99 per cent of the blue light that causes sleep disruption. When worn in the evenings, the glasses simulate biological darkness thus helping you prepare for bed while going about your evening routine.
