Mehdi Bakhty

Mehdi Bakhty is managing director of the newly founded national Tech & Innovation team at Desjardins. He has been a bona fide computer geek since working in the family business assembling and repairing computers in his early teen years. His obsession has now grown to include anything that has to do with innovation, funky ways of using technology to disrupt our lives and a strong love for data. He was one of the grassroots founding members of the Tech financing group at BDC and has been at Desjardins since 2019.
