The Centre for Research and Applications in Fluidic Technologies (CRAFT) is a collaborative initiative between the University of Toronto, Unity Health Toronto and the National Research Council of Canada, focused on development of made-in-Canada microfluidic devices for industrial and clinical applications. Boasting a research network from our three anchor institutions as well as a core facility on UofT campus for rapid device prototyping, CRAFT is at the forefront of development of novel devices for human health.
On June 18 and 19, we will be hosting 19th annual CRAFT Symposium, an event that will once again bring together ~150 academic researchers, industry, clinicians, and government to facilitate networking and lively discussions on the latest advances in microfluidic-enabled diagnostics, biofabrication strategies, and microtissue models.
Early bird registration is open until May 15! Registration closes June 1.
This year, CRAFT will also be offering special pricing for small startup companies (less than 5 employees) and tenants of the Schwartz Reisman Innovation Campus.
We hope to see you there!
