2019 RBC Prize Winners

Announcing the 2019 RBC Prize for Innovation & Entrepreneurship winners

Ten cutting-edge University of Toronto student startup teams competed in RBC Prize for Innovation & Entrepreneurship – our largest pitch competition of the year – on March 21, 2019 as part of the True Blue Expo. The annual RBC Prize offers $50,000 in prizes to recognize, reward, and accelerate U of T’s most innovative startups.

The #UofTStartup teams showcased their business idea via a five-minute pitch to a panel of judges: Sally Daub (Pool Global Partners), Kerri Golden (Information Venture Partners), Barry Gekiere (MaRS), Alexander Peh (RBC), Paul Pirri (City of Toronto), and Prathna Ramesh (Maple Leaf Angels). Thanks to our judges and Chancellor Rose Patten for being there to celebrate entrepreneurial excellence at U of T.

We’re excited to announce the winners!
